Y-Net

Y-Net stands for youth network and is an inter-denominational group of youth ministers from Herrin and Carterville that work together to bring about unity among students in our local schools. We realize that the differences between denominations aren’t serious enough to keep us from rallying around the cross of Jesus Christ in an effort to unify students in our area for the cause of Christ. Our annual events include a prayer walk and pre-pole rally in September,  the Youth Lock-out, the Big House Weekend, a Community Christmas party, and quarterly youth meetings at one of the participating churches.

Here is a list of the churches currently participating in Y-Net: Second Baptist Church Herrin, FBC Energy, First Christian Church of Herrin, Christian Life Center of Herrin, FBC Carterville, and FBC Herrin.
