| Ministries are only for missionaries and pastors, right? Wrong!
You can be involved in ministry right here at home. God gave each of us certain gifts and talents to use for His kingdom. Find a way to use your abilities. The possibilities are endless, but here are a few current examples.
Here are some ways you can get involved in ministry right now:
- Talk to that neighbor or co-worker about Jesus - You know, the one you've been meaning to talk to for a long time. Jesus said, "..you WILL be my witnesses in Jersualem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Be the witness you are supposed to be.
- We always need choir members! If you would like to sing in the choir, practice is Wednesday nights after the prayer meeting. (about 7:00)
- We are in need of more volunteers to help with the homebound ministry. Even if you can only take 1 or 2 persons to contact on a monthly basis. Call Shirley Hays if you can help 983-4433 or 534-8916.
